摘 要:在房建施工中,混凝土结构裂缝是一个普遍且复杂的问题,严重影响结构的耐久性、安全性和使用功能。因此,文章从材料性质、施工操作、环境条件及结构设计等多维度,深入分析了混凝土结构裂缝产生的原因,并提出了精心优选低水化热水泥和矿物掺合料、科学合理地设计混凝土配合比、严格控制混凝土的温湿度条件以及规范施工技术与工艺等预防策略,旨在为房建施工中混凝土结构裂缝的预防提供实践指导。Concrete structure cracks are a common and complex problem in building construction,seriously affecting the durability,safety,and functional use of the structure.Therefore,the article deeply analyzes the causes of concrete structure cracks from multiple dimensions such as material properties,construction operations,environmental conditions,and structural design,and proposes prevention strategies such as carefully selecting low hydration heat cement and mineral admixtures,scientifically and reasonably designing concrete mix proportions,strictly controlling the temperature and humidity conditions of concrete,and standardizing construction techniques and processes.The aim is to provide practical guidance for the prevention of concrete structure cracks in building construction.
