建筑工程混凝土施工中的外观质量问题及解决对策分析

摘　　要：混凝土外观质量是指其表面的平整度、光洁度、颜色、纹理、裂缝、麻面、毛孔等物理特征及其对建筑物外观的影响程度。外观质量作为评定其结构质量优劣的关键指标非常重要。文章以某车辆段检修库混凝土立柱施工为例,对混凝土立柱常见的外观质量问题的成因进行了全面分析,包括表面色差、拼缝错台、拼缝漏浆、底部烂根等,并着重探讨了相关对策,以供参考。The appearance quality of concrete refers to the smoothness,smoothness,color,texture,cracks,pockmarked surface,pores and other physical characteristics of its surface and their influence on the appearance of buildings.Appearance quality is very important as a key index to evaluate the quality of its structure.Taking the concrete column construction of a depot maintenance depot as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the causes of the common appearance quality problems of the concrete column,including surface color difference,joint dislocation,joint leakage,bottom rotten root,etc.,and emphatically discusses the relevant countermeasures for reference.
