高稳定性伸缩缝防水结构的设计研究

摘  要:伸缩缝的稳定性与防水性是建筑设计与施工中不可忽视的重要因素。频繁的雨水渗漏会导致伸缩缝周围的混凝土、钢筋受到腐蚀,降低钢筋混凝土的承载能力,提高结构的裂缝和变形的概率,进而影响结构的安全性和耐久性。针对以上问题,文章研发了一种高稳定性伸缩缝防水结构。通过实验对比研究得出,车辆行驶经过高稳定性伸缩缝防水结构时无明显轮胎噪声,说明了其低噪静音的能力;此外,通过在其表面安置的橡胶防滑垫,使其具备了耐磨防滑的性能。The stability and waterproofing of expansion joints are important factors that cannot be ignored in building design and construction.Frequent rainwater leakage can cause corrosion of concrete and steel bars around expansion joints,reducing the loadbearing capacity of reinforced concrete,increasing the probability of structural cracks and deformation,and ultimately affecting the safety and durability of the structure.In response to the above issues,the article has developed a highly stable expansion joint waterproof structure.Through experimental comparative research,it was found that there is no significant tire noise when the vehicle passes through the high stability expansion joint waterproof structure,indicating its ability to achieve low noise and silence;In addition,the rubber anti slip pad placed on its surface endows it with wear-resistant and anti slip properties.
