摘　　要：为了提升建筑工程建设水平,文章总结了建筑工程质量安全监督的重要性,并以某住宅建筑为研究对象,阐述了建筑工程施工的特点、质量安全监督的重要性,分析了建筑工程质量安全监督中存在的问题,并提出了加强建筑工程质量安全监督管理的有效对策,旨在提升建筑工程的质量安全监督管理水平。In order to improve the level of construction engineering,this article summarizes the importance of quality and safety supervision in construction engineering.Taking a residential building as the research object,it elaborates on the characteristics of construction engineering,the importance of quality and safety supervision,analyzes the problems in construction engineering quality and safety supervision,and proposes effective measures to strengthen the supervision and management of construction engineering quality and safety,aiming to improve the quality and safety supervision and management level of construction engineering.
