高支模施工技术在房建土建工程中的应用与管理

摘　　要：高支模施工是指混凝土模板支撑体系搭设高度大于8 m,或搭设跨度大于18 m,施工总荷载超过15 kN/m2,集中线荷载超过20 kN/m2的模板工程及支撑体系。如何在施工过程中充分体现高支模技术的优势与价值是当前房建土建工程从业人员需要思考的问题。文章结合实际案例,详细分析房建土建工程中高支模施工技术的应用与管理,包括高支模方案设计、高支模安装和拆除,以及高支模施工技术的主要管理内容。研究结果显示,高支模施工技术适用于各类大型、高层工民建筑,相比传统的模板施工方法,高支模在提高施工效率、保证施工质量、降低成本等方面表现出色。High formwork construction refers to the formwork engineering and support system with the erection height of concrete formwork support system greater than 8 m,or the erection span greater than 18 m,the total construction load greater than 15 kN/m2,and the concentrated line load greater than 2020 kN/m2.How to fully reflect the advantages and value of high formwork technology in the construction process is the problem that the current housing construction civil engineering practitioners need to think about.Combined with practical cases,this paper analyzes the application and management of high formwork construction technology in housing construction civil engineering in detail,including the design of high formwork scheme;Installation and removal of high formwork;And the main management content of high formwork construction technology.The research results show that:the high formwork construction technology is suitable for all kinds of large and high-rise civil and industrial buildings.Compared with the traditional formwork construction method,the high formwork has excellent performance in improving the construction efficiency,ensuring the construction quality and reducing the cost.
