摘　　要：EPC模式具有设计、采购、施工一体化的特点,其要求承包商在项目初期就全面而精准地把控整体成本,从而实现资源的最优化配置。文章将从EPC总承包模式概述出发,对设计风险、采购风险、施工风险进行识别,并提出了一些造价控制措施,以期为实践提供理论指导与参考。EPC mode is characterized by the integration of design,procurement and construction,which requires the contractor to comprehensively and accurately control the overall cost at the initial stage of the project,so as to realize the optimal allocation of resources.This paper will start from the overview of EPC general contracting mode,identify the design risk,procurement risk and construction risk,and put forward some cost control measures,in order to provide theoretical guidance and reference for practice.
