摘  要:为减小螺纹副拆卸扭矩,降低拆卸后的零件表面损伤,提出一种超声辅助拆卸螺纹副的办法。首先对超声辅助拆卸螺纹副装置的整体结构进行设计,然后对装置的核心非标件进行设计与仿真验证,最后通过该装置进行了螺纹副的超声辅助拆卸试验。结果表明,超声辅助拆卸后的螺纹副拆卸扭矩和表面损伤明显减小,减摩率最高可达45.6%。随着超声振幅增加,减摩率先增大后降低,螺纹面损伤先减小后增大。随着初始拧紧扭矩增加,对应的最佳超声振幅也逐渐增加。研究结果可以为超声螺纹副拆卸装置的优化设计提供理论依据。In order to reduce the disassembly torque of the threaded vice and the surface damage of the disassembled parts,an ultrasonic-assisted disassembly of the threaded vice is proposed.Firstly,the overall structure of the ultrasonic assisted disassembly of threaded vice device is designed,then the core non-standard parts of the device are designed and simulated,and finally the ultrasonic assisted disassembly test of threaded vice is carried out by this device.The results show that the removal torque and surface damage of the threaded vice after ultrasonic-assisted disassembly are significantly reduced,and the friction reduction rate is up to 45.6%.With the increase of ultrasonic amplitude,the friction reduction firstly increases and then decreases,and the thread surface damage firstly decreases and then increases.As the initial tightening torque increases,the corresponding optimal ultrasonic amplitude also increases gradually.The results can provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design of ultrasonic threaded sub disassembly device.
