摘　　要：针对超大尺寸滚动轴承(外径大于200 mm)产品的动态质量缺乏检测平台与相应的控制标准的现状,开发了一种超大型滚动轴承动态性能检测平台,包括机械结构、气动与电测系统,具备抬升机构便于安装,可进行轴、径向联合加载、自动测量与振动多参数记录分析,同时多级减振装置和气动柔性加载系统的联合应用,有效降低了传递振动的影响,保护轴承免受冲击,提高了振动测量的精度和可靠性。将本平台应用于变载变速实验,双列圆锥滚子轴承的振动定标实验与诊断分析,结果表明试验台满足设计需求,提升了企业的检测分析手段,对大型高端轴承产品的质量控制和研发升级、行业诊断数据库的建立等方面具有重要意义。In response to the lack of testing platforms and corresponding control standards for the dynamic quality of super-large rolling bearings(with outer diameters greater than 200 mm),a dynamic performance testing platform for super-large rolling bearings has been developed.This platform includes mechanical structures,pneumatic and electrical testing systems,and features a lifting mechanism for convenient installation.It allows for combined axial and radial loading,automatic measurement,and multi-parameter recording and analysis of vibrations.At the same time,the combined application of the multi-stage vibration damping device and the pneumatic flexible loading system effectively reduces the impact of transmitted vibration,protects bearings from shocks,and improves the accuracy and reliability of vibration measurement.This platform can be applied to experiments involving variable loads and speeds for bearings.Its application in vibration calibration experiments and diagnostic analysis of double-row tapered roller bearings demonstrates that the testing platform meets design requirements,enhancing the enterprise′s detection and analysis methods.It holds significant importance for quality control and research and development upgrades of large high-end bearing products,as well as the establishment of industry diagnostic databases.
