摘 要:针对永磁同步电机采用传统矢量控制时不能无静差跟踪交流信号,存在周期性谐波电流扰动及参数鲁棒性差的问题,提出一种新型的比例矢量谐振自抗扰控制(proportion vector resonant-active disturbance rejection control,PVR-LADRC)策略。实现了已知扰动反馈补偿中dq轴电流完全的解耦,并在线性自抗扰控制器(LADRC)中引入改进的矢量谐振控制器,构成PVR-LADRC策略,改善了LADRC对特定次谐波抑制能力不足的问题。对所提PVR-LADRC的谐波抑制能力及抗扰能力进行了理论分析、仿真对比实验。结果表明,所提方法对相电流中6k±1次谐波抑制效果在90%以上,有效降低了6次及12次转矩脉动,且相较于传统控制方法有更强的参数鲁棒性。In order to solve the problems of periodic harmonic current disturbance and poor parameter robustness when the traditional vector control is used in the permanent magnet synchronous motor,a new proportion vector resonant active disturbance rejection control(PVR-LADRC) strategy was proposed.In this method,the dq-axis current is completely decoupled in the known disturbance feedback compensation,and an improved vector resonant controller is introduced into the linear active disturbance rejection controller(LADRC) to form a PVR-LADRC strategy,which improves the problem of insufficient LADRC suppression ability for specific minor harmonics.In this paper,the harmonic suppression ability and anti-interference ability of the proposed PVR-LADRC are analyzed theoretically,and simulation and comparison experiments are carried out.The results show that the proposed method has a suppression effect of more than 90% on the 6k±1st harmonic in the phase current,effectively reduces the 6th and 12th torque ripples,and has stronger parameter robustness than the traditional control method.
