国医大师郭诚杰应用附子治疗胞宫寒凉型月经病经验探析

摘　　要：郭诚杰教授应用附子治疗胞宫寒凉型月经病,通过温通心肾,调理冲任、温补脾胃,以资化源、温经助阳,散寒止痛等方法来达到治疗目的。其配伍精炼,组方灵活,用法用量考究,用量上坚持小量开始,逐量递增,以知为度,中病即减的用量原则,遵循张仲景之“因病施量、因证施量、因方施量、因药施量”的用量策略,临床疗效显著,值得推广学习及进一步挖掘研究。To summarize the clinical experience of Professor GUO Chengjie,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,in the application of aconite in the treatment of menstrual disease with cold and cool uterus.By following Professor GUO Chengjie s clinical practice,studying and sorting out Professor GUO Chengjie s past cases of menstrual disease diagnosis and treatment,and analyzing Professor GUO Chengjie s application of aconite in the treatment of menstrual diseases with cold and cool uterus,its compatibility is refined,the formulation is flexible,the usage and dosage are exquisite,and the clinical effect is significant,which is worthwhile to promote learning and further mining research.
