杨震教授“顺势而为”思想指导重症感染性疾病治疗探析

摘　　要：感染性疾病发病率高,西医治疗过程中抗生素、糖皮质激素的使用,使得临床中的感染问题变得愈发复杂和严重。杨震教授基于“道法自然,顺势而为,因势利导,给邪出路”思想,采用以通下法为基础的多法联合治疗重症感染性疾病,有效祛邪而不伤正,简、便、廉、验,为重症感染病的治疗提供了思路。The incidence rate of infectious diseases is high,and the use of antibiotics and glucocorticoids in the process of western medicine treatment makes the clinical infection problem more complicated and serious.Professor YANG Zhen,based on the thought of“following the natural path,following the trend,guiding the evil according to the situation,and giving the way out to the evil”,adopted a combination of multiple methods based on the following methods to treat severe infectious diseases,effectively dispelling the evil without harming the right,simple,convenient,inexpensive,and effective,providing ideas for the treatment of severe infectious diseases.
