摘　　要：慢性萎缩性胃炎为临床常见慢性消化道疾病,是胃癌的癌前疾病之一。周永学教授认为该病脏腑失调,气机紊乱,虚实夹杂,最常见肝胃不和型证型。临床治疗过程中,周教授特别强调疏肝健脾、调理气血、通利大便、顾护胃阴。组方用药方面,周永学教授以小柴胡汤、百合汤、金铃子散、芍药甘草汤、枳术丸加减化裁,结合现代药理学研究,自拟疏肝和胃汤,取得了显著疗效。Chronic atrophic gastritis is one of the precancerous diseases of gastric cancer.Professor ZHOU Yongxue believes that the disorder of viscera,Qi disorder,mixed excessiveness and deficiency,are the most common disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome.In the clinical treatment process,special emphasis is put on soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,regulating Qi and blood,relaxing bowels,and protecting the stomach-Yin.In terms of prescription medication,Professor ZHOU uses Xiao Chaihu decoction,Baihe decoction,Jinlingzi powder,Shaoyao Gancao decoction,and Zhizhu pills while combining modern pharmacological research and created Shugan Hewei decoction which achieved remarkable clinical results.
