贾成文教授“神八针”为主结合中药治疗小儿抽动障碍临床经验

摘　　要：抽动障碍是一类精神障碍性疾病,多发于少年儿童时期,严重影响患儿生活和学习,贾成文教授从“阳动有余、阴静不足”入手,认为小儿抽动障碍属虚实夹杂,以肝风内动为主要病机,治宜熄风调神为法,针刺取四神聪、神庭、本神、定神的“神八针”为主穴,并根据病因、症状配穴,同时辨证应用方药治疗,从而可达治神止抽,有效控制或减轻患儿抽动症状,降低复发率之效。Tourette syndrome is a type of mental disorder that often occurs in children and adolescents,seriously affecting the daily life and learning of children.Professor JIA Chengwen starts with“excess Yang movement and insufficient Yin stillness”and believes that liver wind internal movement is the main pathogenesis,and phlegm and blood stasis obstruction is the fundamental pathogenesis of recurrent and difficult to heal.The clinical application of“Shen-ba-zhen”acupuncture combined with medicine can effectively control or reduce the symptoms of children s Tourette syndrome,improve comorbidities,and reduce the recurrence rate.
