李军教授治疗骨质疏松症学术经验浅谈

摘　　要：李军教授善应用中药制剂治疗各类骨伤及关节骨病,强调继承不泥古,发扬不离宗,在长期的临床实践中逐渐形成了具有鲜明特色的骨伤科疗法,提出骨质疏松症发病机理与肾精亏虚、脾胃虚弱、筋脉失养、气血瘀滞有关,证属虚瘀夹杂。治宜补肾健脾、通络止痛、强筋健骨、活血化瘀。治疗过程中应病证结合、标本兼治,同时强调未病先防的治未病理念。Professor LI Jun is skilled in using traditional Chinese medicine preparations to treat various bone injuries and joint bone diseases,emphasizing the inheritance of the past and the development of the traditional Chinese medicine.Through long-term clinical practice,he has gradually formed a distinctive bone injury therapy.He proposed that the pathogenesis of osteoporosis is related to kidney essence deficiency,spleen and stomach weakness,muscle and pulse deficiency,and Qi and blood stasis,and the syndrome belongs to the combination of deficiency and blood stasis.The treatment is suitable for tonifying the kidney and spleen,unblocking collaterals and relieving pain,strengthening tendons and bones,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.During the treatment process,the combination of disease and syndrome should be applied,and the principle of treating the symptoms and root causes should be emphasized.At the same time,the concept of preventing diseases before they occur should be emphasized.
