绞股蓝总甙片联合大柴胡汤加味治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症探析

摘　　要：2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并高脂血症类似于中医之“消渴-中消合并膏浊”,土壅、木郁、热盛是其病理基础,肝胃郁热是其主要证机,清肝泻胃、调郁通滞、化浊降脂是其主要治法。绞股蓝为陕产特色用药,有清热、补虚、解毒、降脂之功,大柴胡汤具有清肝泻胃、调郁通滞、化浊降脂之效,两者皆有降糖、降脂之功。文章分析指出绞股蓝总甙片与大柴胡汤加味联合应用,与T2DM合并高脂血症药证相合,疗效确切,可为中医药治疗该症提供思路以及参考。Gynostemma pentaphyllum is a special drug produced in Shaanxi,which has the effects of lowering blood fat,lowering blood sugar and lowering blood pressure.Dachaihu decoction has the effects of clearing liver and purging stomach,regulating stagnation and removing turbidity and lowering blood fat.It is often used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia in clinic.Clinical and pharmacological studies have confirmed that it has the effect of lowering blood sugar and lowering blood fat.This paper mainly expounds its basic pathogenesis with“stagnation of soil and wood”,so as to clearly analyze the treatment of T2DM with Gynostemma pentaphyllum total glycoside tablets combined with modified Dachaihu decoction.
