基于CiteSpace知识网络图谱的参苓白术散近十年临床应用可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探究参苓白术散在近十年间临床应用的研究现状、热点及未来趋势。方法检索中国知网(China Knowledge Network,CNKI),万方(Wanfang),维普(Vip)等三家数据库,并选取自2013年1月1日—2022年12月31日发表的参苓白术散相关临床应用期刊文献,运用NoteExpress对文献进行初筛并建立分析数据库,再使用CiteSpace/Gephi软件绘制知识网络图谱对发文趋势、作者、机构、关键词、爆发词等方面进行可视化分析。结果研究最终纳入文献2045篇。经分析,作者与机构方面形成以刘玉晖等共57名学者的关系图谱,共涉及308个研究机构,其中湖南中医药大学发文量最多,北京中医药大学形成研究圈。关键词方面形成参苓白术散、溃疡性结肠炎、肠易激综合征等12个聚类。其中,肠道菌群是高的爆发强度词。结论发现参苓白术散临床应用广泛,研究热点以胃肠道疾病为主,同时涉及呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病、肝病、肾病、内分泌疾病、免疫系统疾病、男科病、妇科病、皮肤病、五官类疾病。参苓白术散治疗范围广泛的原理与肠道菌群理论密切相关,这可能是未来深入研究参苓白术散的发展方向及趋势。Objective To investigate the current status,hot spots and future trends of the clinical application of Shenling Baizhu decoction in the past decade.Methods Three databases were searched,including China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang(Wanfang)and Vip(Vip),and published from January 1,2013 to December 31,2022 of Shenling Baizhu decoction were selected,and the literature was screened initially using NoteExpress and a database was established.CiteSpace/Gephi software was used to draw a knowledge network map to visualize and analyze the trends of publications,authors,institutions,keywords and outbreak words.Results The study finally included 2045 documents.After analysis,the author and institution aspect formed a relationship map with a total of 57 scholars,including LIU Yuhui,and a total of 308 research institutions were involved,of which Hunan University of Chinese Medicine had the most publications,and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine formed a research circle.In terms of keywords,12 clusters were formed,such as Shenling Baizhu decoction,ulcerative colitis,and irritable bowel syndrome.Among them,intestinal flora was the high outbreak intensity word.Conclusion It is found that the clinical application of Shenling Baizhu decoction is widely used,and the research hotspots are mainly related to gastrointestinal diseases,as well as respiratory diseases,cardiovascular diseases,hepatic diseases,nephrological diseases,endocrine diseases,immune system diseases,andrology disease,gynecological diseases,dermatological diseases,and diseases of the five senses.The principle of the wide therapeutic range of Shenling Baizhu decoction is closely related to the theory of intestinal flora,which may be the development direction and trend of the future in-depth study of Shenling Baizhu decoction.
