摘　　要：目的优化醒9令压片糖果复方总黄酮的提取工艺。方法在单因素实验的基础上,以提取溶剂乙醇体积分数、溶剂用量和提取时间为考察因素,总黄酮提取率为考察指标,利用Box-Behnken响应面法设计实验,通过分析回归方程模型,考察各因素对提取率的影响,优选出最佳提取工艺。结果醒9令压片糖果复方总黄酮的最优提取工艺为加入22倍体积分数为68%的无水乙醇,提取119 min,在此条件下,总黄酮的提取率最高为0.812%。结论通过响应面法优化得到的提取工艺稳定可靠,可为该复方后期的开发和应用提供依据。Objective Optimization of the extraction process of total flavonoids from awakening 9 compressed tablet candy.Methods On the basis of one-way experiments,the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to design the experiments by taking the volume fraction of ethanol as extraction solvent,the dosage of the solution and the extraction time as the factors and the extraction rate of total flavonoids as the indexes,and the regression equation model was used to analyze the effects of the factors on the extraction rate to optimize the optimal extraction process,which was then verified.Results The optimal extraction process for total flavonoids in awakening 9 compressed tablet candy was the addition of 22 times the volume fraction of 68%anhydrous ethanol and extraction for 119 min,under which the maximum extraction rate of total flavonoids was 0.812%.Conclusion The extraction process obtained by response surface methodology is stable and reliable,which can provide a basis for the later development and application of this compound formula.
