超声定位联合排石中药在碎石治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的回顾性分析超声定位碎石联合排石中药在泌尿系结石治疗中的应用价值。方法选择本院泌尿外科2020年1月—2022年12月134例泌尿系结石患者作为研究对象,分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组86例,对照组48例。两组均给予超声定位碎石及常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合排石中药。比较两组的排石情况、尿结石相关指标、临床疗效及并发症。结果对照组的结石排净时间、血尿时间、止痛药使用次数均显著高于治疗组,结石排净率低于治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的UA、UOA、U-Ca比较治疗前均明显下降,且对照组治疗后的UA、UOA、U-Ca仍显著高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的总有效率89.58%,显著低于治疗组的总有效率98.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的肾绞痛率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组的尿路感染率、恶心呕吐或腹泻腹痛率均显著高于治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声定位碎石联合排石中药,可有效降低泌尿系结石的恢复时间、疼痛程度,减少并发症发生率,促进患者早日康复。Objective To retrospectively analyze the application value of ultrasound guided lithotripsy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of urinary tract stones.Methods 134 patients with urinary tract stones in our urology department from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a combination group and a control group,with 86 patients in the combination group and 48 patients in the control group.Both groups were given ultrasound guided lithotripsy and routine treatment,while the combined group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine for stone removal.Compare the stone discharge status,urinary stone related indicators,clinical efficacy,and complications between the two groups.Results The stone clearance time,hematuria time,and number of painkillers used in the control group were significantly higher than those in the combination group,and the stone clearance rate was lower than that in the combination group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the UA,UOA,and U-Ca levels in both groups decreased significantly compared to before treatment,and the UA,UOA,and U-Ca levels in the control group were still significantly higher than those in the combination group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 89.58%,significantly lower than the total effective rate of the combination group of 98.84%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the renal colic rate between the two groups(P>0.05);The urinary tract infection rate,nausea,vomiting,or diarrhea and abdominal pain rate in the control group were significantly higher than those in the combination group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided lithotripsy combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the recovery time and pain level of urinary tract stones,reduce the incidence of complications,and promote patients early reco
