摘　　要：丹参-红花药对是治疗心脑血管疾病的常用药对。通过查阅国内外文献,从抗心肌再灌注损伤、抗急性心肌梗死、心肌缺血、抗冠心病、心绞痛等方面,对丹参-红花药对及其制剂防治缺血性心脏病的作用及其机理进行综述,以期为该药对防治缺血性心脏病的临床应用和研究开发提供参考。The Salvia miltiorrhiza-safflower drug pair is commonly used in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This review examines the effects and mechanisms of this drug pair and its formulations in the prevention and treatment of ischemic heart disease,with a focus on myocardial reperfusion injury,acute myocardial infarction,myocardial ischemia,coronary heart disease,and angina pectoris,based on a thorough review of domestic and international literature.The aim is to provide insights for the clinical application and further research and development of this drug pair in ischemic heart disease management.
