摘　　要：皮肤老化是人体衰老的外在表现之一,皮肤老化是以衰老的机理为基础,并进一步研究与发展。通过检索近10年国内外相关文献,总结出皮肤老化的可能机理,并围绕其机理探讨针灸延缓皮肤老化的作用机制。其具体的机制包括抗自由基损伤、调节内分泌及免疫功能、调节胶原蛋白含量、减少炎症反应及调节局部代谢等,为临床针灸用于延缓皮肤老化提供理论依据。Skin aging is one of the external manifestations of human aging,which is based on the mechanism of aging and further studied and developed.This paper summarizes the possible mechanism of skin aging by searching the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent 10 years,and discusses the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in delaying skin aging around its mechanism.The mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in delaying skin aging was discussed in detail.Its specific mechanisms include anti free radical damage,regulation of endocrine and immune function,regulation of collagen content,reduction of inflammatory reaction and regulation of local metabolism,which provide theoretical basis for clinical acupuncture and moxibustion to delay skin aging.
