中药抗胃癌细胞转移研究进展

摘　　要：胃癌细胞转移是导致胃癌病情进展的重要因素,亦是导致死亡率增高的主要原因,但机制尚未明确。基质金属蛋白酶(Matrix Metalloproteinases,MMPs)、抑制上皮间质转化(Epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)、肿瘤血管生成等在胃癌细胞转移的发生、发展过程中具有重要作用。单味中药(补益类、活血类和化痰类)、单味中药联合和中药复方均能通过干预MMPs、EMT、肿瘤血管生成等途径发挥抗胃癌细胞转移作用,通过综述中药抗胃癌细胞转移的机制以期为新药的研发及临床诊治提供新思路和理论依据。Gastric cancer cell metastasis is an important factor leading to the development of gastric cancer and the main cause of increased mortality,but the mechanism is not clear.Matrix Metalloproteinases(MMPs),inhibition of Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)and angiogenesis play an important role in the Matrix metalloproteinase and development of gastric cancer.Single Chinese herbal medicine(tonifying,activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm),single Chinese herbal medicine and compound Chinese herbal medicine can exert anti-metastasis effect on gastric cancer cells by interfering MMPs,EMT and tumor angiogenesis,this article reviews the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on gastric cancer cell metastasis in order to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the development of new drugs and clinical diagnosis and treatment.
