摘　　要：膝关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)作为一种骨科常见的退行性疾病,其发病率在逐年升高,对老年人的生活质量已产生严重影响。川芎作为中药中常用的活血化瘀药,经过临床及基础实验研究后已证实其对KOA具有治疗作用。研究表明,川芎活性成分可以通过调节炎性因子水平、抗氧化应激反应、抑制软骨细胞凋亡、调控细胞外基质平衡等作用机制治疗KOA,抑制软骨及滑膜炎症反应,减轻疼痛,延缓软骨退变,恢复膝关节功能。本文综述了川芎活性成分治疗KOA的具体作用机制,总结分析了现有研究的不足,可为临床治疗KOA提供新思路。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common degenerative disease in orthopedics,with its incidence increasing year by year,severely affecting the quality of life of the elderly.Ligusticum chuanxiong,a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,has been proven to have therapeutic effects on KOA through clinical and basic experimental studies.Research indicates that the active ingredients of Ligusticum chuanxiong can treat KOA by regulating levels of inflammatory factors,antioxidative stress response,inhibiting chondrocyte apoptosis,and regulating extracellular matrix balance.It suppresses cartilage and synovial inflammation,alleviates pain,delays cartilage degeneration,and restores knee joint function.This article reviews the specific mechanisms of action of Ligusticum chuanxiong active ingredients in treating KOA,summarizes the deficiencies in existing research,and provides new insights for clinical treatment of KOA.
