摘  要:骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种代谢紊乱性骨骼疾病,是当前危害人类健康的重大疾病,其核心病机为“虚瘀毒”,贯穿其发生发展的全过程。细胞焦亡是一种伴炎症反应的程序性死亡,可导致细胞内容物和大量炎性因子释放,其中NLRP3炎症体、IL-1β、IL-18等炎性因子在OP的进展过程中影响极其关键,也是病机“虚瘀毒”的微观体现。因此,以“虚瘀毒”理论探讨细胞焦亡与OP的关联,以益肾活血为治法,从细胞焦亡角度探究中医药治疗OP,以期为中西医结合治疗OP提供新的思路。Osteoporosis(OP)is a metabolic disorder of bone disease.It is currently a serious disease endangering human health.Its core pathogenesis throughout the whole process of the occurrence and development is deficiency,stasis,and toxin.Pyroptosis is a programmed death accompanied by inflammatory response,which leads to the release of cell contents and a large number of inflammatory factors.Among them,NLRP3 inflammatory body,IL-1β,IL-18,and other inflammatory factors play an important role in the progression of OP.They are also the microscopic manifestation of the pathogenesis of deficiency,stasis,and toxin.Therefore,the relationship between pyroptosis and OP is discussed based on the deficiency stasis toxin theory.Using nourishing kidney and invigorating blood as the treatment method,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of OP is explored.This may provide a reference for the treatment of OP.
