摘　　要：文章采用NoteExpress、VOSviewer对我国不动产档案信息化研究成果的发文年代、关键词共现、主要研究内容等进行分析,梳理了我国不动产档案信息化研究的重点内容如不动产档案信息化建设现状、档案信息化管理系统及平台建设、管理模式、信息技术的运用、存在问题及发展策略,认为研究的不足之处有同质化严重、创新性不足、概念混淆、理论与实践脱节等,提出后续研究应该加强与档案学、计算机领域的合作,重点关注计算机技术运用、不动产档案信息管理平台搭建、不动产档案信息可视化等方面。The paper uses NoteExpress and VOSviewer to analyze the publication year,keyword co-occurrence,and main research content of research results on the informatization of real estate archive in China,and summarizes the key contents of research on the informatization of real estate archive in China,such as the current situation of real estate archive informatization construction,archive informatization management system and platform construction,management mode,information technology application,existing problems and development strategies.It is considered that the shortcomings of the research include serious homogenization,lack of innovation,conceptual confusion,and disconnection between theory and practice.It is proposed that future research should strengthen cooperation with the fields of archive and computer science,focusing on the application of computer technology,the construction of real estate archive information management platform,and the visualization of real estate archive information.
