摘  要:大直径盾构穿越多种复杂地层时极易引起地层不均匀沉降,为研究地表沉降规律,文章依托芜湖城南过江隧道工程,分别分析了盾构穿越全砂层、软硬复合层以及全岩层时各横断面地表沉降监测数据,并采用数值模拟及拟合Peck经验公式的方法进行验证,最后通过引入修正系数α、β对Peck经验公式进行修正。研究结果表明,不同地层盾构施工时地表沉降分布规律基本一致,但在沉降值方面,盾构穿越软硬复合地层时地表沉降远超其他2种地层。综合考虑工程地质条件和实际施工参数,建立三维数值模型,通过对现场监测数据进行反分析修正模型参数。基于经典的Peck经验公式对盾构穿越各地层时的监测数据进行拟合,结果表明该经验公式能较好地预测地表沉降。以数值模拟结果为标准,基于大量监测数据的统计分析提出了上、下限Peck修正公式,修正后的Peck公式可以更有效、更全面地描述盾构穿越不同地层引起地表横向沉降的规律。该研究结果可为后续工程的施工及类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。As large diameter shield tunneling passes through complex geological strata,it usually causes uneven settlement.To investigate the surface settlement characteristics,this study uses monitoring data collected during the Wuhu Chengnan River Crossing Tunnel Project and analyzes the surface settlement of each cross-section when the shield tunneling passes through full-section sand strata,soft-hard composite strata,and full-section rock strata.Numerical simulation and Peck empirical formula are employed to validate the monitoring data,and correction coefficientsαandβare then introduced to further modify the Peck formula.The results indicate that the distribution of surface settlement is basically consistent for different geological strata during shield tunneling,however,the surface settlement in the soft-hard composite strata is much higher than that in the other two strata.Based on the engineering geological conditions and actual construction parameters,a three-dimensional numerical model is established and the parameters are corrected by back analysis of on-site monitoring data.The monitoring data of shield tunneling passing through various strata is fitted according to the classic Peck empirical formula,indicating that the empirical formula can effectively predict the surface settlement.Furthermore,based on the numerical simulation results and statistical analysis of a large amount of monitoring data,a Peck correction formula with upper and lower limits is proposed to effectively predict the surface settlement caused by shield tunneling through different strata with higher accuracy.The research results provide a reference for subsequent and similar engineering projects.
