摘 要:[目的/意义]发挥数智驱动对经济的倍增效应,用数智技术赋能企业的竞争情报能力,提高小微企业的核心竞争力,助力小微企业新质生产力的发展。[方法/过程]通过扎根理论提取出影响因素,采用解释结构模型(ISM)探究小微企业竞争情报能力的影响因素并进行整合分析,并对影响因素间的关系进行分析梳理。[结果/结论]数智时代小微企业竞争情报能力的影响因素主要包括根源层、中间层和直接层三个层面共24项因素,其中人员情报获取能力、管理层情报认知与参与、情报活动经济收益在模型中属于直接层因素,是影响小微企业竞争情报能力的直接关键因素。[Purpose/significance]Give play to the multiplier effect of digital intelligence drive on the economy,use digital intelligence technology to enable the competitive intelligence ability of enterprises,so as to improve the core competitiveness of small and micro enterprises,and help the development of new quality productive forces of small and micro enterprises.[Method/process]The paper extracts influencing factors through grounded theory,uses Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)to explore the influencing factors of competitive intelligence capabilities of small and micro enterprises and conducts integrated analysis,and analyzes and sorts out relationships between the influencing factors.[Result/conclusion]The influencing factors of competitive intelligence capability of small and micro enterprises in the digital intelligence era mainly include 24 factors at three levels:root layer,middle layer and direct layer.Among them,personnel intelligence acquisition ability,management intelligence cognition and participation,and economic benefits from intelligence activities belong to the direct layer factors in the model,which are the direct and key factors affecting the competitive intelligence ability of small and micro enterprises.
