摘  要:当前我国运动心理学本科专业人才培养已经不能满足体育事业发展的需要,人才培养质量与社会需求之间的矛盾日益突出。我国运动心理学本科专业人才培养面临培养目标定位不明确,课程设置不合理,教师专业背景单一与角色转变滞后,实践能力培养不能适应社会需要等问题,严重阻碍了运动心理学本科专业人才培养与社会需求之间的平衡发展。教育主管部门、高校管理者与运动心理学工作者需要发挥各自作用,在运动心理学本科专业人才培养过程中明确培养目标,突出运动特色;加强教材、教师与教法建设与创新;坚持分层分类的人才培养模式;强化实践能力培养。At present,the training of sports psychology undergraduates in China can not meet the needs of the development of sports,and the contradiction between the quality of training and social demand is becoming more and more prominent.China’s sports psy-chology undergraduate cultivation is faced with the problems of unclear positioning of cultivation objectives,inappropriate curriculum and outdated single professional background and role change of teachers,and the practical ability cultivation can not adapt to the needs of the society,which seriously impedes the balanced development of sports psychology undergraduate cultivation and social needs.Educational authorities,university administrators and sports psychologists need to play their roles to clarify the cultivation ob-jectives and highlight the characteristics of sports during the cultivation process of sports psychology undergraduate majors.It is also necessary to strengthen the construction and innovation of teaching materials,teachers and teaching methods,adhere to the talent cultivation mode of stratification and classification,and strengthen the cultivation of practical ability.
