摘　　要：笔者系统解读了2022–2023年间JAMA Surgery发表的关于随机对照试验方法指导的系列文章,重点针对试验的实施与监督管理、受试者招募、统计学应用以及论文发表的关键要点进行了概述与指导,旨在为外科医生开展高效的临床试验和发表研究成果提供有价值的参考。This article systematically reviews the series of articles on randomized controlled trial(RCT)methodology guidance published in JAMA Surgery between 2022 and 2023.It focuses on providing an overview and guidance on critical aspects such as trial implementation and oversight,participant recruitment,statistical applications,and key points in manuscript publication.The aim is to offer valuable insights and references for surgeons to conduct efficient clinical trials and successfully publish their research findings.
