摘　　要：目的探索影响临床问题遴选优先性的条目,构建中医指南临床问题优先遴选评价量表。方法采用文献分析法和认知访谈法构建中医指南临床问题优先遴选评价条目池,采用德尔菲法完善并确定条目,形成评价量表工具。结果共纳入47篇文献,两轮德尔菲问卷回收率分别为72%和100%;第一轮条目重要性平均值范围为3.78~4.78,变异系数范围0.09~0.30,第二轮平均值范围为4.06~4.72,变异系数范围0.09~0.29;最终构建了《中医指南临床问题优先遴选评价量表(第一版)》,包含4个维度13个条目。结论本研究探索了影响中医指南临床问题遴选优先性的条目并形成了优先遴选评价量表工具,一定程度上改善了当前中医指南临床问题优先遴选缺乏客观性和可解释性的问题,增加了中医指南临床问题遴选流程的透明性。Objective To explore the items affecting the prioritization of clinical questions and to construct an evaluation scale for prioritizing clinical question of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)guidelines.Methods Literature analysis and cognitive interview were used to construct the pool of items for evaluating the prioritization of clinical questions of TCM guidelines,and Delphi methods was used to identify the items to form the evaluation scale.Results A total of 47 articles were included in this study,and the two rounds of Delphi questionnaires had a recovery rate of 72%and 100%,respectively.The mean value of the importance of the items in the first round ranged from 3.78 to 4.78,with a coefficient of variation ranging from 0.09 to 0.30,and the mean value in the second round ranged from 4.06 to 4.72,with a coefficient of variation ranging from 0.09 to 0.29.The evaluation scale for the prioritization of clinical questions of TCM guidelines(first edition)was constructed,which contains 13 entries in 4 dimensions.Conclusion This study explored the items affecting the prioritization of clinical questions in TCM guidelines and developed a prioritization evaluation scale,which improved the lack of objectivity and interpretability of the current prioritization of clinical questions in TCM guidelines to a certain extent,and strengthened the transparency of the process of selecting clinical issues in TCM guidelines.
