摘 要:目的 探讨血清微小RNA-424(miR-424)水平与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者硼替佐米化疗敏感性的相关性。方法 前瞻性纳入濮阳市人民医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的初治MM患者,所有患者均接受4个周期的含硼替佐米联合地塞米松的化疗方案,于化疗结束后评定化疗敏感性,并分为化疗敏感组和化疗不敏感组。比较两组患者基线资料及血清miR-424水平和其他实验室指标。通过点二列相关性和logistic回归分析,评价血清miR-424水平与MM患者硼替佐米化疗敏感性的关系。结果 入组的102例MM患者中,化疗敏感81例(79.41%),化疗不敏感21例(20.59%)。化疗不敏感组总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)水平小于化疗敏感组,血清miR-424水平高于化疗敏感组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经点二列相关性分析结果显示,血清miR-424与MM患者硼替佐米化疗敏感性呈负相关(r=0.304,P=0.002)。经logistic回归分析结果显示,血清miR-424会对硼替佐米化疗敏感性产生影响(P<0.05)。结论 血清miR-424与MM患者硼替佐米化疗敏感性有关,其值越高,化疗不敏感发生可能性越高。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum microRNA-424(miR-424)level and Bortezomib chemosensitivity in patients with multiple myeloma(MM).Methods The newly treated patients with MM admitted to Puyang People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were prospectively included.All patients received four cycles of Bortezomib combined with dexamethasone chemotherapy.After chemotherapy,chemosensitivity was evaluated,and were divided into chemotherapy-sensitive group and chemotherapy insensitive group.The baseline data,serum miR-424 and other laboratory indicators of the two groups were compared.The correlation between serum miR-424 and Bortezomib chemosensitivity of MM patients was evaluated by point binary correlation and logistic regression analysis.Results Among the 102 MM patients enrolled,81 were chemotherapy sensitive(79.41%)and 21 were chemotherapy insensitive(20.59%).The levels of total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)in the chemotherapy insensitive group were lower than those in the chemotherapy sensitive group,and the serum miR-424 levels were higher than those in the chemotherapy sensitive group,with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).The results of point binary correlation analysis showed that serum miR-424 was negatively correlated with Bortezomib chemosensitivity in MM patients(r=0.304,P=0.002).Logistic regression analysis showed that serum miR-424 would affect Bortezomib chemosensitivity(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum miR-424 is related to Bortezomib chemosensitivity in MM patients.The higher the value,the higher the possibility of chemosensitivity.
