以人为本的双中心模式在康复医学临床教学中的应用效果

摘  要:目的 探讨在康复医学临床教学中采用学生与患者双中心模式的应用效果。方法 将在郑州大学第一附属医院康复医学科2023年9月至2024年1月的实习学生采取随机数字法分为两组,每组39人,试验组接受学生与患者双中心教学模式,对照组接受传统教学模式,实习阶段每名学生分管1例患者。结束后对两组学生及对应患者分别进行问卷调查并对学生进行理论考核。结果 完成两组学生和对应的患者调查问卷78份,结果显示患者获得的人文照顾程度、学生和患者互动程度、学生和患者获取的康复知识、学生解决临床问题的能力、巩固理论知识、提高临床思维能力、增强医患沟通能力、学生和患者之间的配合、学生和患者的个体获得感均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学结束后理论考试成绩显示,试验组的基础知识和案例分析考核结果均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在康复医学临床教学中,“双中心”教学法将学生和患者均作为主体,让学生和患者更多地互问、互答、互动,有助于提升学生康复医学知识和技能,可为患者提供更好的医学人文关怀。Objective To explore the application and efficacy of the people-oriented dual-center model in the clinical teaching of rehabilitation medicine.Methods The students in Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2023 to January 2024 were divided into two groups of 39 students in each group using the random number method.The experimental group received the“student and patient dual center”teaching mode,and the control group received the traditional teaching mode.At the end of the course,questionnaires were conducted on the two groups of students and their corresponding patients,and the students were theoretically assessed.Results A total of 78 questionnaires were completed.The results of the survey showed that the majority of students and patients in the experimental group welcomed and were willing to participate in the new teaching method.The questionnaire showed that the humanistic care obtained by patients,the degree of interaction between students and patients,the rehabilitation knowledge acquired by students and patients,the ability of students to solve practical problems in clinical practice,the consolidation of theoretical knowledge,the improvement of clinical thinking ability,the improvement of doctor-patient communication ability,and the teamwork between students and patients were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the results of the theoretical test of the two groups showed that the basic knowledge assessment and case analysis of the students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of rehabilitation medicine,the“dual-center”teaching method takes both students and patients as the main body,so that students and patients can ask more questions,answer and interact with each other,which is helpful to improve students’rehabilitation medicine
