拟动物化情景剧联合任务反馈式游戏活动在支气管哮喘患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨拟动物化情景剧联合任务反馈式游戏活动对支气管哮喘(BA)患儿的影响。方法 使用随机数表法将2023年1—12月在郑州大学第一附属医院就诊的74例BA患儿均分为两组,在对照组(37例)常规护理基础上给予观察组患儿(37例)拟动物化情景剧联合任务反馈式游戏活动干预。比较两组患儿治疗依从性良好率、康复情况、儿童哮喘控制测试量表(C-ACT)评分和儿童哮喘生活质量问卷(PAQLQ)评分。结果 观察组患儿治疗依从性优良率为94.59%,高于对照组的75.68%(P<0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽、憋喘、哮鸣音等临床症状消失时间较早,且住院时间较短(P<0.05);干预后,两组C-ACT、PAQLQ评分较治疗前均上升,且观察组水平较高(P<0.05)。结论 拟动物化情景剧联合任务反馈式游戏活动可有效提高BA患儿治疗依从性,对促进患儿康复和提高患儿生活质量有积极帮助。Objective To explore the effects of animal-like melodrama combined with task feedback game activities on children with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods A total of 74 children with BA treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to December 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method.On the basis of routine nursing in control group(37 cases),children in observation group(37 cases)were given animal-like melodrama combined task feedback game activity intervention.The distinguished achiever ratio of treatment compliance,recovery status,the scores of the childhood asthma control test(C-ACT)and the pediatric asthma quality of life questionnaire(PAQLQ)were compared between the two groups.Results The distinguished achiever ratio of treatment compliance in observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 75.68%in control group(P<0.05).In observation group,the clinical symptoms such as cough,wheezing and wheezing disappeared earlier,and the hospital stay was shorter(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of C-ACT and PAQLQ in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the levels in observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Animal-like melodrama combined with task feedback game activity can effectively improve the treatment compliance of BA children,promote the rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of children.
