3M^(TM)Tegaderm^(TM)透明敷料在持续性角膜上皮缺损治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探究3M^(TM)Tegaderm^(TM)透明敷料在持续性角膜上皮缺损(persistent epithelial defects,PED)治疗中的临床应用。方法选取2015年9月至2022年3月爱尔眼科集团铁岭区域医院门诊收治的不同原因并发PED的23例患者(24眼)作为研究对象,患者均采用3M^(TM)Tegaderm^(TM)透明敷料治疗,比较患者疗效判断标准达到有效、治愈的时间及视力、并发症发生情况。结果23例(24眼)患者中,出现眼周皮肤过敏停止使用3M^(TM)Tegaderm^(TM)透明敷料1例(1眼),失访1例(1眼),剩余21例(22眼)经治疗,疗效达到有效标准的时间为4.50(2.00,7.00)d,不同性别、年龄、引起PED病因、角膜上皮病变分级、PED持续时间患者疗效达到有效标准的时间比较差异无统计学意义。疗效达到治愈标准的时间为14.50(9.75,19.25)d,不同角膜上皮病变分级患者疗效达到治愈标准的时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别、年龄、引起PED病因、PED持续时间患者疗效达到治愈标准的时间比较差异无统计学意义。患者视力(LogMar)为0.35(0.13,0.82),明显高于治疗前0.82(0.52,1.22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3M^(TM)Tegaderm^(TM)透明敷料可有效治疗不同病因、不同病变程度的PED,可在临床广泛应用,便于基层医院推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application of 3M^(TM)Tegaderm^(TM)film in the treatment of persistent epithelial defects(PED).Methods 23 patients(24 eyes)with PED due to different reasons admitted to Tieling Aier Eye Hosipital from September 2015 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were treated with 3M^(TM) Tegaderm^(TM) film,the effective and cured time,visual acuity and complications were compared.Results Among the 23 patients(24 eyes),1 case(1 eye)stopped using 3M^(TM)Tegaderm^(TM)clear dressing,1 case(1 eye)was lost to follow-up,and the remaining 21 cases(22 eyes)were treated,,and the time to reach the effective standard was 4.50(2.00,7.00)d,there was no significant difference in the time to reach the effective standard in patients with different sex,age,etiology of PED,grade of corneal epithelial lesion and duration of PED.The time to reach the cure standard was 14.50(9.75,19.25)d,there was a significant difference in the time to reach the cure standard among patients with different grades of corneal epithelial lesions(P<0.05).The visual acuity(LogMar)of patients was 0.35(0.13,0.82),which was significantly higher than 0.82(0.52,1.22)before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3M^(TM)Tegaderm^(TM)film can effectively treat PEDs of different etiologies and lesions,and can be widely used in clinical practice,which is convenient for primary hospitals to promote.
