摘 要:目的探讨视知觉学习联合精细训练及红闪刺激治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月于赣州市南康区第一人民医院眼科就诊的74例屈光不正性弱视儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组37例。对照组采取精细训练及红闪刺激治疗,观察组采取视知觉学习联合精细训练及红闪刺激治疗,比较两组视力水平[最小分辨角对数(logarithm of mininal angle resolution,logMAR)]、立体视锐度、视觉诱发电位及临床疗效。结果治疗1、2个疗程,两组logMAR均小于前一时间点,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1、2个疗程,两组立体视锐度均小于前一时间点,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个疗程后,两组潜伏期均短于治疗前,波幅高于治疗前,且观察组潜伏期短于对照组,波幅高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%,高于对照组的78.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视知觉学习联合精细训练及红闪刺激治疗儿童屈光不正性弱视效果显著,改善患儿视力水平及视功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of visual perceptual learning combined with fine training and red flash stimulation on ametropic amblyopia in children.Methods A total of 74 children with ametropic amblyopia who were treated in the Ophthalmology department of the Ganzhou Nankang District First People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fine training and red flash stimulation,the observation group was treated with visual perceptual learning combined with fine training and red flash stimulation,the visual acuity level(minimum resolution angle logarithm[logMAR]),stereoacuity,visual evoked potential and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the logMAR of the two groups were less than the previous time point,and the observation group was less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the stereoacuity of the two groups was smaller than that of the previous time point,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the incubation period of the two groups was shorter than that before treatment,and the amplitude was higher than that before treatment,and the incubation period in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amplitude was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 78.38%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Visual perceptual learning combined with fine training and red flash stimulation is effective in the treatment of ametropic amblyopia i
