多元化护理理念应用于脑瘫高危儿中的干预效果及对其体格与智能发育的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多元化护理理念应用于脑瘫高危儿中的干预效果及对其体格与智能发育的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月于无锡市儿童医院接受干预的82例脑瘫高危儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组行常规护理,观察组应用多元化护理理念实施护理,比较两组干预效果、体格与智能发育情况。结果干预后,两组88项粗大运动功能评估量表(gross motor function measure 88,GMDM88)评分均高于干预前,肌张力评分均低于干预前,且观察组GMDM88评分高于对照组,肌张力评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预总有效率为95.12%,高于对照组的80.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组身高、体质量均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发育商优良率为51.22%,高于对照组的29.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理理念应用于脑瘫高危儿中干预效果显著,可有效促进患儿运动功能提升,并降低肌张力,进一步促进体格与智能发育,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the intervention effect of diversified nursing concept in high-risk infants with cerebral palsy and its influence on their physical and intellectual development.Methods A total of 82 high-risk infants with cerebral palsy who received intervention in Wuxi Children's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group applied diversified nursing concepts to implement nursing,the intervention effects,physical and intelligent development were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the gross motor function meatrue 88(GMDM88)scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the muscle tension scores were lower than before intervention,and the GMDM88 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the muscle tension was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was 95.12%,which was higher than 80.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the height and weight of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of development quotient in the observation group was 51.22%,which was higher than 29.27%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified nursing concept to high-risk infants with cerebral palsy has a good effect of intervention,which can effectively promote the improvement of their motor function,reduce muscle tension,as well as further promote physical and intellectual development,which is worthy of clinical promotion and applicat
