摘　　要：为准确了解城河遗址的聚落特征,中国社会科学院考古研究所、湖北省文物考古研究院等单位在城河遗址“屋场”地点开展了系统考古工作,发现大型人工堆积、房址、灰坑、灰沟、灰烬层、瓮棺葬等遗迹。尤其大型人工堆积的发现,为探索屈家岭文化城址的营建模式,廓清城河大型墓葬与居址的对应关系提供了关键支撑。To accurately understand the settlement characteristics of the Chenghe site,the Institute of Archaeology of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Hubei Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology conducted systematic archaeological work at the Wuchang loci of the Chenghe site.This investigation revealed features such as large artificial accumulations,house foundations,ash pits,ditches,ash layers,and urn burials.The discovery of large artificial accumulations provides crucial support for exploring the construction patterns of walled towns dating to the Qujialing cultural period and clarifying the relationship between large tombs and residential areas at Chenghe.
