摘　　要：秦汉律令所见的“发征”有作为律名使用以及作为动词使用的两种用法,两者应被区别开来加以探讨。作为动词的“发征”意为因行使不法行为或有关公务的某种事由而将嫌疑人召见或逮捕,亦包含嫌疑人不同意召见时的官吏派遣。n the Statutes and Ordinances of the Qin and Han dynasties,the term“fa zheng(发征)”appears in two usages:one as the name of a statute,and the other as a verb.These two should be distinguished and examined separately.As a verb,“fa zheng”means to summon or arrest a suspect due to engaging in unlawful behavior or for certain official matters.It also encompasses the dispatch of officials when a suspect refuses to comply with a summons.
