摘　　要：先秦至汉初的上洛位于洛水上游的今洛南县一带,汉武帝元鼎四年将上洛县由右内史划归新设立的弘农郡,并将其县治迁徙至丹水上游的今商州区,光武帝建武十五年将上洛及其东南的商县由弘农郡划归京兆尹。上洛的地望、沿革反映了先秦秦汉政治地理格局的演变,也与秦汉京畿防御策略联系密切。From the pre-Qin period to the early Han Dynasty,Shangluo(上洛)was located in the area of present-day Luonan County in the upper reaches of the Luoshui River.In the fourth year of Yuanding(113 BCE)during Emperor Wu of Han's reign,Shangluo County was reassigned from You Neishi(右内史)to the newly established Hongnong Prefecture(弘农郡),and was relocated to the present-day Shangzhou District in the upper reaches of the Danshui River.In the fifteenth year of Emperor Guangwu's Jianwu reign(39 CE),Shangluo and its southeast Shang(商)County were transferred from Hongnong Prefecture to Jingzhao Yin(京兆尹).The geographical location and evolution of Shangluo reflect the evolution of the political and geographical landscape from the pre-Qin through the Qin and Han periods and are closely related to the defensive strategies of the capital region during the Qin and Han dynasties.
