四神丸化裁治疗脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察四神丸化裁治疗脾肾阳虚型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的临床疗效。方法:将72例IBS-D患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组36例。对照组患者口服西药治疗,治疗组患者采用四神丸化裁治疗,共治疗4周。观察2组患者的疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、D-乳酸、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平以及治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前2组患者中医证候各项积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患者中医证候各项积分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患者D-乳酸、5-HT、VIP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者D-乳酸、5-HT、VIP水平均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后均无不良反应。结论:四神丸化裁治疗IBS-D患者具有良好的临床效果,且安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Sishen Pill in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with pattern of spleen and kidney yang deficiency(IBS-D).Methods Total 72 patients with IBS-D were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,36 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine,and the patients in the treatment group were given modified Sishen Pill for 4 weeks.The efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores,the levels of D-lactic acid,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,which were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of D-lactic acid,5-HT and VIP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of D-lactic acid,5-HT and VIP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups after treatment.Conclusion Modified Sishen Pill has good clinical effect in the treatment of IBS-D with high safety.
