腰硬联合麻醉与骶管麻醉在PPH治疗痔中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗痔中应用骶管麻醉和腰硬联合麻醉的效果。方法:将我院2021年11月至2023年2月收治的痔患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组患者实施腰硬联合麻醉,对照组患者实施骶管麻醉,比较2组患者临床治疗指标和术后并发症发生情况。结果:治疗前2组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组患者疼痛评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者水肿时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施腰硬联合麻醉治疗痔可明显减轻患者疼痛,缩短住院时间、降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of caudal anesthesia and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH).Methods A total of 100 patients with hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given combined spinal-epidural anesthesia,and the control group received caudal anesthesia.The clinical treatment indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the pain scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain scores of both groups decreased,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The edema time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in the treatment of hemorrhoids can significantly relieve the pain of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
