《傅青主女科》从心肾论治不孕的学术思想探析

摘　　要：《傅青主女科》是中医妇产科经典著作之一,书中专设“种子”篇,从脏腑辨证角度阐述了妇人不孕的治疗方法,尤其重视心肾不交对不孕的影响。傅山认为心肾、胞宫存在经络相连、水火既济、君相相生及精神互用的关系,辨治不孕主张心肾同治,借助肝脾疏泄升降功能以助孕,治则包含了交心肾之合、滋肾宁心,补心肾之阳、温暖胞宫,开心肾之郁、疏肝理脾,以及温心肾之气,健运脾胃;创立了清骨滋肾汤、温胞饮、开郁种玉汤、温土毓麟汤,四首方剂配伍严谨、用药精良。文章就傅山先生从心肾论治不孕进行浅析,继承古训,拓新今朝。Fu Qing Zhu Nv Ke is one of the classic works on gynecology and obstetrics of traditional Chinese medicine.The book has a special‘seed’section,which expounds the treatment of women's infertility from the perspective of viscera differentiation,and pays particular attention to the imbalance between heart and kidney.FU Shan believed that there is a relationship between the heart,kidney,and uterus,where meridians are connected,water and fire are mutually beneficial,and there is a mutual growth between the monarch and the kidney,as well as a mutual use of spirit.To treat infertility,he advocated for the simultaneous treatment of the heart and kidney,using the liver and spleen's function of regulating and lifting Qi to assist in pregnancy.Treatment includes the combination of the heart and kidney,nourishing the kidney and calming the heart,supplementing the Yang of the heart and kidney,warming the uterus,promoting the depression of the kidney,soothing the liver and regulating the spleen,and warming the Qi of the heart and kidney.We have established the Qinggu Zishen Formula,Wen Bao Yin,Kaiyu Zhongyu Formula,and Wentu Yulin Formula,with strict compatibility and excellent medication.The article provides a brief analysis of the application of FU Shan's concept of the heart and kidney in infertility,inheriting ancient teachings and expanding to the present day.
