摘 要:近年来,人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)在中医骨伤领域的应用逐渐受到重视,特别是在诊断、治疗和康复管理方面显示出显著成效。中医骨伤治疗具有悠久历史,传统上依赖于“望闻问切”诊断法及草药、针灸等疗法,通过整体观和个性化治疗调节气血平衡。AI技术的引入提升了影像学诊断的精确性和效率,尤其在骨折检测和正骨手法优化方面展现出优势。基于AI的诊断辅助工具进一步推动了脉诊和舌诊的客观化和量化,改善了传统中医诊疗的精确性;同时AI还可实时监测患者恢复情况,提供个性化康复建议,便于远程医疗服务的推广应用。尽管AI技术在中医骨伤应用中仍面临数据标准化、技术与文化融合等多方面挑战,但其在该领域的广泛应用将进一步推动中医骨伤学科的现代化发展,为个性化、精细化的中医骨伤治疗提供理论依据和实践支持。In recent years,the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)bone injury has received increasing attention,particularly showing significant effectiveness in diagnosis,treatment,and rehabilitation management.TCM bone injury treatment has a long history,traditionally relying on the diagnostic methods of“inspection,listening,questioning,and palpation”along with herbal medicine,acupuncture,and other therapies,aiming to regulate Qi and blood balance through a holistic and personalized approach.The introduction of AI has enhanced the precision and efficiency of imaging diagnostics,demonstrating particular advantages in fracture detection and optimization of bone-setting techniques.AI-based diagnostic tools further promote the objectification and quantification of pulse and tongue diagnostics,improving the accuracy of traditional TCM methods.Additionally,AI enables real-time monitoring of patient recovery,offering personalized rehabilitation recommendations,which supports the expansion of remote medical services.Despite challenges such as data standardization and the integration of technology with cultural practices in TCM,the extensive application of AI in this field is expected to propel the modernization of TCM bone injury studies,providing a theoretical basis and practical support for more personalized and refined treatment in TCM bone injury care.
