摘　　要：化疗相关性恶性呕吐(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,CINV)是抗肿瘤治疗过程中常见的不良反应之一,不仅会降低患者生活质量及依从性,而且可影响抗肿瘤治疗效果。文章通过对CINV病因病机、黄连温胆汤相关研究及史恒军教授治疗CINV的相关病案进行总结,认为CINV病机为湿热蕴结,气郁痰阻,胃失和降,黄连温胆汤具有清热燥湿、理气化痰、和胃降逆功效,可明显缓解患者恶心呕吐症状,效果良好。Chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)is one of the common adverse reactions in the process of anti-tumor treatment.It not only reduces the quality of life and compliance of patients,but also affects the effectiveness of anti-tumor treatment.Finding methods to treat CINV has become a treatment hotspot.The article summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of CINV,related research on Huanglian Wendan decoction,and relevant medical records of Professor SHI Hengjun's treatment of CINV.It is believed that the pathogenesis of CINV is the accumulation of dampness and heat,Qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction,and gastric disharmony.Huanglian Wendan decoction has the effects of clearing heat and dampness,regulating Qi and resolving phlegm,and reducing gastric reflux,which can significantly alleviate patients'nausea and vomiting symptoms with good results.
