云南省眼科医师治疗睑腺炎现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解当前云南省眼科医师诊治睑腺炎的方案,为临床规范诊疗睑腺炎提供参考。方法采用方便抽样获得样本人群,运用自主设计问卷,通过“问卷星平台”开展问卷调查。应用SPSS 26.0统计分析数据。结果105名云南省眼科医师参与本次问卷调查,回收有效问卷100份(95.24%)。在睑腺炎未成脓期,眼科医生普遍人为干预,选择的首要处理措施前三位依次是局部热敷或冷敷、施用抗生素、清洁睑缘。对于抗生素的使用,4.00%眼科医师从不行抗菌治疗,而56.00%的眼科医生依据经验予以抗菌药物,在初次诊断睑腺炎时即开始施用抗生素的医师占58.00%,给药途径推荐局部抗生素滴眼液或眼膏者高达92.00%,多建议用药1 w左右(61.00%)。结论云南省眼科医师诊治睑腺炎大多采取积极态度,疾病早期习惯运用局部热敷或冷敷,抗生素居于第二位。首选的抗菌药品排序为左氧氟沙星或氧氟沙星滴眼液、妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液或眼膏、妥布霉素滴眼液、红霉素滴眼液或眼膏。Objective To understand the current treatment of hordeolum among ophthalmologists in Yunnan Province,and provide reference for standardized diagnosis and therapy.Methods A self-designed Questionnaire was distributed through the“Sojump”to investigate ophthalmologists obtained by convenient sampling for clinical cures of hordeolum in Yunnan.Collecting and sorting the raw data,which would be analyzed with SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results 105 ophthalmologists from Yunnan participated in this questionnaire survey,with 100 valid questionnaires(95.24%)were recovered.In the prepus stage of hordeolum,ophthalmologists attempted to interfere generally.The top 3 primary measures adopted were warm or cold compression,antibiotics usage and eye-lid margin cleaning.As for antibiotics application in hordeolum,4.00%of ophthalmologists never gave antibacterial therapy to patients,while 56.00%utilized antibiotics depending on their experience.58.00%prescribed antibiotics when hordeolum was diagnosed initially,and commonly recommended eye drop or oculentum as the drug delivery route(92.00%).61.00%advised patients to accept medications for about a week.Conclusions Ophthalmologists in Yunnan took measures actively for hordeolum,where typically using warm or cold compression at first,followed by antibiotics.What they prefered to use were levofloxacin or ofloxaci eye drops,tobramycin dexamethasone eye drop or ointment,tobramycin medicine liqud,erythromycin eye drop or ointmen.
