数字经济背景下福建省果蔬冷链物流发展模式创新研究

摘　　要：数字经济背景下,冷链物流通过资源整合,可以实现精准配送、智能监控和高效管理的服务模式和商业模式,为消费者提供更加便捷、安全、个性化的物流服务。本文总结了福建省果蔬冷链物流现状,目前,福建省果蔬冷链物流已取得一定成效,初步构建了运输网络,部分地区冷链基础设施有所完善;但仍面临诸多挑战,如冷链专业人才短缺,难以跟上行业发展步伐;冷链信息共享不足,造成各环节衔接不畅;物流监管薄弱,存在安全漏洞;冷链设施设备对接不畅,降低整体运作效率;并在总结国内外研究经验的基础上,提出了基于数字经济的福建省果蔬冷链物流发展路径,以促进果蔬冷链物流可持续发展。Under the digital economy,cold chain logistics can achieve service and business models of precise distribution,intelligent monitoring and efficient management through resource integration,providing consumers with more convenient,safe and personalized logistics services.This article summarized the current situation of cold chain logistics for fruit and vegetables in Fujian province.At present,the cold chain logistics of fruit and vegetables in Fujian province had achieved certain results,and a transportation network had been initially constructed.The cold chain infrastructure in some areas had been improved.However,it still faced many challenges,such as a shortage of cold chain professionals,making it difficult to keep up with the pace of industry development,insufficient sharing of cold chain information,resulting in blockages in the connection of various links;weak logistics supervision,with many security loopholes,and poor docking of cold chain facilities and equipment,reducing the overall operational efficiency.Based on the summary of domestic and foreign research experience,a development path for cold chain logistics of fruit and vegetables in Fujian province based on digital economy was proposed to promote the sustainable development of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics.
