摘  要:本研究旨在鉴定猕猴桃AcHsp90基因家族成员,为进一步研究AcHsp90基因的生物学功能和耐热机理奠定基础。利用生物信息学软件的方法,对猕猴桃AcHsp90基因家族成员进行鉴定和系统分析。结果表明,从猕猴桃全基因组中共鉴定出10个AcHsp90基因。基因结构和系统发育分析将AcHsp90基因分为4个类群,同一组中的AcHsp90基因具有相似的基因结构和保守结构域基序。AcHsp90基因的启动子区存在多种非生物胁迫相关顺式元件和激素反应性顺式元件。共线性分析发现AcHsp90基因存在4对片段重复事件。热胁迫表达模式的分析结果表明,AcHsp90基因在热敏型品种‘红阳’和耐热型品种‘华特’的根、茎、叶器官中均有显著性表达,但相对表达水平存在差异;与热敏型品种‘红阳’相比,耐热型品种‘华特’在热胁迫下大部分AcHsp90基因表达的峰值是滞后的。猕猴桃AcHsp90基因家族成员具有结构多样性和进化保守性,他们在热胁迫条件下表现出显著性表达模式,这意味着它们广泛参与了猕猴桃获得耐热性的过程。The purpose of this study is to identify members of AcHsp90 gene family in kiwifruit,so as to provide a basis for the further study of the Hsp90 genes biological functions and making a contribution to research the mechanism of heat resistance of kiwifruit.In this study,the members of AcHsp90 gene family of kiwifruit were identified and systematically analyzed by bioinformatics software.Analysis results revealed that a total of 10 AcHsp90 family genes were identified in kiwifruit.Gene structure and phylogenetic analysis divided the AcHsp90 genes into four groups,the conserved structures and motifs were similar among proteins within the same group,but which differed among different groups.Promoter analysis revealed multiple abiotic stress-related cis-elements and hormone-responsive cis-elements in the promoters of the AcHsp90 genes.Genomic collinearity analysis re-vealed that AcHsp90 genes existed four segmental duplication events.Heat expression patterns showed that AcHsp90 genes were significantly expressed in three tissues of thermos-sensitive species‘Hongyang’and ther-mos-tolerant species‘Huate’root,leaf and flower,but the relative expression levels were different.Compared to those in thermos-sensitive species‘Hongyang’,the appearance of peak values observed in most AcHsp90 genes in thermos-tolerant species‘Huate’under heat stress was hysteretic.The members of AcHsp90 gene family exhibit structural diversity and evolutionary conservation,which display significantly expression patterns in heat stress condition,implying they are widely involved in the process of kiwifruit acquired thermos-tolerance.
