摘 要:旅游景区是城市繁荣活力的来源之一,是城市特色和城市形象的重要支撑,量化其中游客的活动特征及其影响因素对于指导城市空间品质提升策略的制定具有重要意义。基于手机信令数据获取游客活动行为数据,结合OSM路网以及POI数据,利用相关指标测度旅游景区活力,之后基于皮尔逊相关性等方法探究活力影响因素。研究结果表明:(1)旅游景区的活力可以通过客流密度、游憩时长、重游率和满意度进行测度,影响旅游景区活力的潜在因素包括周边路网密度、周边公共交通便利度、周边设施多样性、周边居住密度、景区规模、内部商业服务设施密度、内部公共服务设施密度和内部设施多样性;(2)合肥市旅游景区活力存在较大差异性,较高水平的景区依次为淮河路步行街、1912街区、包公园、罍街和融创乐园;(3)内部商业服务设施密度、周边路网密度和内部公共服务设施密度是影响合肥市旅游景区活力的重要因素。建议基于旅游景区活力特征及其影响因素制定具有针对性的旅游景区规划策略。Tourist attractions serve as the source of urban prosperity and vitality,as well as the foundation for urban characteristics and city image.The quantification of visitor activity characteristics and their influencing factors is essential for guiding the development of strategies aimed at enhancing urban spatial quality.Leveraging mobile signaling data for acquiring visitor activity information,in conjunction with OSM road network and POI data,and utilizing relevant indicators to measure the vitality of tourist attractions,this study subsequently explored the factors influencing vitality using methods such as Pearson correlation.The research findings illustrated that:(1)The vitality of tourist attractions could be assessed through metrics such as visitor density,recreation duration,revisit rates,and satisfaction levels,while the potential factors influencing tourist attraction vitality encompassed surrounding road network density,public transportation accessibility,diversity of surrounding facilities,residential density,scale of the attraction,density of internal commercial and public service facilities,and diversity of on-site amenities;(2)The vi-tality of tourist attractions in Hefei City varied significantly,with the top-ranking attractions being Huaihe Road Pe-destrian Street,1912 District,Bao Park,Le Street,and Rongchuang Paradise;(3)The densities of internal commer-cial service facilities and surrounding road networks,as well as internal public service facility density,were identi-fied as significant factors influencing the vitality of tourist attractions in Hefei City.It is recommended that targeted planning strategies be formulated based on the characteristics of tourist attraction vitality and its influencing factors.
