摘 要:为了揭示孵化期不同光周期绿光照射对云岭红肉鸡出壳后雏鸡生长的影响,选用512个云岭红肉鸡种蛋,随机分成对照组、8 h光照组(8L∶16D)、16 h光照组(16L∶8D)和24 h光照组(24L∶0D),每组128个种蛋,在种蛋孵化的0~18 d,8L∶16D组、16L∶8D组、24L∶0D组每天采用光照强度为25~99 lx的绿光分别进行连续8、16和24 h照射,测定并分析了各处理组出壳后6周内雏鸡的生长指标差异。结果显示:出壳后,8L∶16D组和16L∶8D组雏鸡的7、14、21、28、35和42日龄的体重、体尺和胸肌重等生长性能指标总体上优于对照组和24L∶0D组,尤以8L∶16D组的促生长效果最佳。42日龄时,8L∶16D组雏鸡的体重和胸肌重较16L∶8D组分别提高194.2g(P<0.01)和28.59 g(P<0.01);8L∶16D组雏鸡的体重、胸宽、胸肌重和肝脏重较24L∶0D组分别提高326.41 g(P<0.01)、1.08 cm(P<0.05)、41.72 g(P<0.01)和3.58 g(P<0.05);8L∶16D组雏鸡的体重、胸宽、胸深、胸肌重、心脏重和肝脏重较对照组分别显著提高350.38 g(P<0.01)、1.62 cm(P<0.01)、1.3 cm(P<0.01)、45.5 g(P<0.01)、1.85 g(P<0.05)和4.2 g(P<0.05)。综上可见,云岭红肉鸡种蛋在孵化期间每天连续接受8~16 h(光照强度25~99 lx)的绿光照射可显著促进出壳后雏鸡的生长,尤以每天接受8 h(8L∶16D)绿光照射的促生长效果最佳。In order to reveal the effects of green light illumination with different photoperiods during incubation on the growth of Yunling Red Broiler chicken after hatching,512 breeding eggs of Yunling Red Broiler chicken were randomly divided into a control group,an 8 h light group(8L∶16D),a 16 h light group(16L∶8D)and a 24 h light group(24L∶0D),with 128 breeding eggs included in each group.During the incubation period of the day 0 to 18,the 8L∶16D group,16L∶8D group and 24L∶0D group were illuminated every day with green light of 25−99 lx for 8 h,16 h and 24 h,respectively.The differences of the growth indexes of post-hatch growth of Yunling Red Broiler chicken within 6 weeks were analyzed.The results showed that after the chicks were hatched,the growth indexes such as body weight,body size and pectoral muscle weight of chicks in the 8L∶16D and 16L∶8D groups were generally better than those in the control group and the 24L∶0D group at 7,14,21,28,35 and 42 days post-hatch,with the 8L∶16D group showing the most effective growth promotion.At 42 days,compared with the 16L∶8D group,chicks in the 8L∶16D group showed an increase in body weight,and pectoral muscle weight of 194.2 g(P<0.01),and 28.59 g(P<0.01),respectively.Compared with the 24L∶0D group,chicks in the 8L∶16D group showed an increase in body weight,breast width,pectoral muscle weight,and liver weight by 326.41 g(P<0.01),1.08 cm(P<0.05),41.72 g(P<0.01)and 3.58 g(P<0.05),respectively.The body weight,chest width,chest depth,pectoral muscle weight,heart weight and liver weight of chicks in the 8L∶16D group were significantly increased compared to the control group by 350.38 g(P<0.01),1.62 cm(P<0.01),1.3 cm(P<0.01),45.5 g(P<0.01),1.85 g(P<0.05)and 4.2 g(P<0.05),re-spectively.In conclusion,green light illumination of Yunling Red Broiler eggs for 8−16 h(light intensity 25−99 lx)every day during incubation significantly promoted the growth of chicks after hatching,and the overall effect of 8-hour light group(8L∶16D)was better than oth
