摘  要:Phasmarhabditis属线虫自从1990年被发现可用于软体动物的生物防治以来,已经进行了30多年的研究。其中Phasmarhabditis hermaphrodita作为目前唯一一种被商业化应用的软体动物生物杀虫剂,以Nemaslug®的商品名在欧洲用于生物防治已有30年的历史。然而,至今我国尚未对线虫在软体动物防治方面进行研究和应用。本文全面综述了软体动物的危害,常见的防治方法以及线虫在软体动物生物防治中的重要性,包括线虫的发现历程、线虫杀死软体动物的机理、防治效果以及生物安全性等。此外,还讨论和展望了现有线虫应用研究中存在的问题,如线虫的适应性和稳定性,以及与其他生物防治方法的整合等。为今后我国在应用线虫进行软体动物生物防治以及提高线虫在软体动物防治中的效果等方面研究提供了重要参考。Since the discovery of Phasmarhabditis nematodes in 1990 for the biological control of mollusks,over 30 years of research have been conducted.Phasmarhabditis hermaphrodita has emerged as the sole commercially utilized mollusk biocide,marketed under the trade name Nemaslug®,and has been used for biological control in Europe for three decades.Despite its success in Europe,the application of nematodes in mollusk control remains unexplored in China.This paper aims to address this research gap by reviewing the detrimental impacts of mollusks,common control methods employed,and the significance of nematodes in mollusk control.The review encompasses various aspects,including the discovery process of nematodes,the mechanism by which they eradicate mollusks,and their efficacy in controlling mollusk populations.Furthermore,the study delves into existing challenges associated with nematode application,such as the adaptability and stability of nematodes,as well as their integration with other biological control methods.By shedding light on these crucial aspects,this study serves as a valuable reference for the application of nematodes in mollusk biological control and offers insights into enhancing the effectiveness of nematodes in mollusk management.
