摘　　要：大容量调相机作为电网动态无功补偿设备,在事故状况下或因需要时,轴承润滑油交流泵和直流泵在切换过程中有大约3~5s的延时,存在轴承润滑油断供的风险。针对上述问题,首先剖析了调相机常规油系统及其缺点,其次提出在调相机轴承座处设计应急油箱,最后对轴承应急油箱供油系统进行型式试验。试验结果表明,在油泵切换过程中,轴承应急油箱供油系统能有效保证轴承润滑油供给,避免出现轴承润滑不良的情况。Large-size synchronous condensers,as dynamic reactive power compensation devices in power grids,face the risk of lubricating oil supply interruption under accident conditions or when necessary,due to a delay of approximately 3~5 seconds between the AC and DC lubricating oil pumps during pump switching.Based upon the above-mentioned problem,first,the conventional oil system of synchronous condensers is analyzed and identifies its shortcomings are identified as well,and then,an emergency oil tank is proposed to be integrated into the bearing housing of the synchronous condenser,finally,the emergency oil supply system is subjected to the type test.The test results demonstrate that the emergency oil tank effectively ensures the continuous supply of lubricating oil to the bearings during pump switching,preventing from lubrication failure of the bearings.
